I’m searching for an apple watch app that can send alerts to an emergency contact when there is a large change in HR or a fall detected. My elderly mother lives alone in disabled living apartments and I can’t go see her at this time due to working in healthcare and not wanting to expose her.
If anyone has recommendations for a Apple Watch I can buy/ program to do these things I would greatly appreciate it! She has an iPhone if that makes a difference in the programming of the watch I would have to do.
